How long does it take for the software to be installed?

Installing the software takes from two days to two weeks, depending on the user’s specific requirements, as well as the acquisition of necessary equipment.

I have no experience in using computers. How can I use this system?

This software is easy to use and does not require any particular expertise in using computers. When you buy the software, you receive a free tutorial. The package also includes a detailed user manual.

I use a different software package in my restaurant. How painless is the transition to Garson?

We will make the transition to Garson as smooth as possible by completely configuring the software, transferring necessary data from the old programme, adjusting it to your needs and bringing it online.

Is it possible to buy this software in instalments?

The software can be bought in several instalments.

Can I rent the software?

Yes, the software can be rented for a certain period of time.

I have several restaurants. Do you offer a discount on the purchase of several software packages?

Features

Can I customize products, prices and user settings?

Everybody who is authorized can change products, prices and user settings.

I like how the software looks. Can I change and add pictures?

Yes, pictures in the program can be changed whenever and however you like.

Are there any limitations on the number of products on the screen?

There are no limitations on the number of pictures on the screen. We will perform the initial configuration of the screen appearance and the software will be adjusted completely to your needs.

Can I restrict access to certain parts of the applications?

Yes, every user can be granted or denied access to each option of the software. That way you can choose which options are available to waiters or bartenders and which are available to managers.

Do you have translated versions for different languages?

Garson already works in several languages and it also has support for special language characters. Any currently unsupported language could be easely implemented with our internal software translation tools.

What kind of technical support services do you offer?

For all our users we provide several technical support packages. Technical support services include phone and Internet support, installation of new software versions, new feature requests development, consultations and additional training of users.

Is a continous support/maintenance contract mandatory?

Such contract is not mandatory, but according to our experience is highly recommended on an annual basis.

My restaurant works only on weekends. Can I count on you for technical support?

Custom technical support packages are created to meet the needs of a particular restaurant. One of them is our weekend support package.

Can I expand the software with additional features later on?

Considering that the software is constantly being enriched with additional features and upgraded to newer versions, you can always expand and update an existing version in line with your needs.
